The detachment of a pastor is a major event. Each church has its own church procedures for this. During this symposium, which is co-organised by TUA, we will listen to practical experiences, compare different church procedures and discuss possible points for improvement. By listening and talking, we support churches in improving policy and practice around (preventing) detachments.
