The General Synod states deputies in. The deputations perform a variety of tasks for and on behalf of the churches. For some of these tasks, the Services Office provides implementation. The Services Office also serves as the ecclesiastical address of the Christian Reformed Churches.

General business
Tasks of the general affairs team include: financial and payroll administration, legal status regulation, secretarial support for church meetings and subscriptionsadministration.
Diaconate
The team of diaconate supports the diaconate in and of churches and those who are diaconally active with training, reflection, publicity, documentation and advice.
Home missions
The missionary team equips members of churches, guides pioneers and church teams, and provides information and advice.
Mission
The mission team Liaises with congregations, deputies and mission workers with information, support and advice.
