Module 5 - shaping church-ness
The Learning to pioneer modules cover twelve key themes. Six of them have to do with building a new community, the other six deal with practical matters. Each month we highlight one. This month: shaping church-ness.
As a faith community gradually grows in the pilot site, a form must be found to spiritually nurture and lead the community. Christ is the head, but how do you flesh out 'being a body' together. How do you be church with these new believers? Listening and praying are indispensable in being church together.
