Module 10 - context-sensitive communication
The Learning to pioneer modules cover twelve key themes. Six of them have to do with building a new community, the other six deal with practical matters. Each month we highlight one. This month: context-sensitive communication.
In a trial place, you want to connect with people. You want them to get to know you and start recognising you. But how do you convey your message in a way that suits them? What exactly do you want to convey and how do you communicate it effectively? In this module, you will work on your communication strategy. And that too starts with listening.
