Kerkplein is a new national platform for active church people. Church volunteers and professionals can exchange knowledge and experience here. How does one handle things in another congregation? Especially now that work often has to be done with fewer people, this is of great importance. The online platform Kerkplein offers that possibility.
On Kerkplein, you will find groups in which you are among your 'task mates'. You can exchange questions, ideas, knowledge and material and learn from the practice in other churches.
In recent weeks, Church Square has been tested by users from different denominations. Some reactions: "About beaming in church I now share tips with other beamteams around the country." And: "Within our own church not all knowledge is available, but when I ask a question on Kerkplein there is always someone somewhere in the Netherlands who has the answer."
Church Square is open free of charge to anyone active within a church or church organisation. A moderator ensures that good ideas are given a stage, that the atmosphere remains good.
Church Square is an initiative of De Zalige Zalm, an agency for faith communication. The app was developed by Donkey Mobile, also known for its church apps. Church Square can be downloaded from the App Store or from Google Play.
