Do you have an affinity for supporting pastors and their families? Deputies Emeritikas are committed to helping pastors who are retired or unable to carry out their ministry due to long-term illness, as well as the widows and orphans of pastors.
Due to the retirement of the current secretary, we are looking for an enthusiastic successor to join our team.
What will you do?
As secretary, you will have a versatile and valuable role. Your duties include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and e-mails,
- Liaising with pastors and the Services Office,
- Setting the agenda for meetings,
- Attending and taking minutes of meetings four times a year.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a member of the CGK,
- You have an affinity with the work and goals of Deputies Emeritikas,
- You work accurately and have some experience with Microsoft Office,
- The position requires an average of 4 hours per week of your time.
